Abdul R. A. Jabbar

Abdul Jabbar specializes in logistics, operations and office management, with significant international experience spanning the United States, Sudan, South Sudan, Singapore, Jordan, Yemen, Somalia, India, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Iraq. Mr. Jabbar has created logistical and operational frameworks and structures for private corporations and over 20 years of building logistical capacities for the United Nations.

As the Freight Planning Supervisor for United Nations Missions in both Khartoum, Sudan and Juba, South Sudan, Mr. Jabbar was responsible for coordinating the shipment of provisions, by land, air, and river, and worked closely with programs being supplied to ensure that their needs were being met. This included setting up a new branch office in Port Sudan, and also establishing a tracking system to ensure efficient receipt and delivery of supplies to their destinations. His experience in the Sudan and South Sudan built upon prior work he has conducted in transporting both personnel and cargo in Iraq for the United Nations Humanitarian Mission established there.

To supplement his work in the management of supply shipment, Mr. Jabbar also has experience in office management, including finance and administration, human resources, payroll and building management capacities and training. While working for Seacret Spa LLC in the United States, Mr. Jabbar was responsible for establishing the company’s Human Resources Department.
