Mark Hallim is a, Senior Consultant, Educator and Advisor who specializes in strategic planning, product and business unit development, economic and financial analysis sales and marketing, training, project management and market research with particular emphasis on designing international treasury management and corporate finance solutions for clients across all industries and regions.

Mark Hallim has 20+ years banking experience includes positions as VP Banker -Global Relationship Originator with Citibank N.A. graduating from the Citicorp Institute of Global Finance in 1995. Professional accreditations include Certified Treasury Professional (CTM) which was granted in 1992, Series 7 & 63 and Six Sigma training. Mark is a member of the Society of Industry Leaders and The Gershon Lehrman Group.
He is currently a Director of Cambridge University, Global Innovation Center. In 2008 Mark obtained his MBA from the University of Buckingham and in 2012 completed the Advanced Certificate in International Affairs through The Bush School of Government & Public Service, at the Texas A&M University. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. with Cambridge Graduate University in International Affairs and Relations.

Mark has written several articles for clients on International Cash Management and Working Capital Enhancements solutions and is a firm believer in preserving the balance sheet by utilizing strong Working Capital and Supply Chain financing products and services.  His current dissertation will become a major transformation in the global cargo sectors.
